Role Overview

The company is hiring a Senior Data Analyst for its Bengaluru office, located at Manyata Tech Park. This is an in-office position with a five-day workweek and rotational shifts. The role calls for more than 4 years of experience in data analysis and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build, enhance, and support complete Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions that assist business teams in making decisions.
  • Work with ITSM platforms such as SNOW and Remedy, and use the data from these tools effectively.
  • Handle ad hoc data requests from internal and external stakeholders and prepare outputs in PPT, Excel, and other reporting formats.
  • Deliver all recurring and client-specific reporting and analytics requirements on time.
  • Examine datasets, apply statistical methods, and produce regular analytical insights and reports.
  • Identify ways to improve existing workflows and metrics, and simplify or automate reporting and tracking activities wherever possible.
  • Partner with stakeholders to encourage decisions driven by data.
  • Collect business requirements and convert them into practical reporting and dashboard solutions.
  • Develop clear, useful reports that surface process gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Take part in due-diligence and transition analysis work, validate proposed solutions, and support required changes.
  • Support lead tracking and reporting activities.

Required Skills and Experience

  • Strong background in data analysis and statistical interpretation, including concepts such as distributions, probability, hypothesis testing, and A/B testing.
  • Advanced SQL skills for querying, manipulating, and analyzing database data.
  • Solid Excel expertise, including formulas, pivot tables, and visual analysis features.
  • Hands-on experience in Power BI, including data modeling, measure building, Power Query, and report development.
  • Ability to create dashboards and visual reports that communicate insights clearly.
  • Understanding of ETL concepts and data preparation workflows.
  • Experience using ITSM systems such as SNOW and Remedy.
