What You Will Do
- Analyze large datasets to uncover meaningful trends, build statistical models, and convert complex findings into practical charts, recommendations, and business insights that support forecasting and process improvement.
- Drive AI initiatives by designing, building, and rolling out LLM-based applications and agentic models in partnership with both business and technical stakeholders.
- Apply prompt engineering, model comparison, parameter tuning, fine-tuning, retrieval methods, and coding to create and enhance product features, while improving LLM performance for real business use cases.
- Partner with global teams across business and engineering to define needs and deliver AI and data solutions that align with strategic goals.
What We’re Looking For
- At least 5 years of experience in data analysis, data science, or a closely related area.
- Strong command of Python and SQL, along with hands-on experience using AI/ML frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Hugging Face.
- Solid practical knowledge of LLMs, including experience with tools such as Dify, n8n, or Coze to build LLM agents; exposure to RAG or fine-tuning for planning-oriented work is important.
- Comfortable communicating fluently in both English and Chinese, including technical and business conversations.
- Excellent independent problem-solving ability and the judgment to identify business pain points and work with technical teams on difficult LLM implementation and optimization challenges.
