Senior Enterprise Architect (Snowflake)

Overview

We are seeking a Senior Enterprise Architect with deep expertise in Snowflake to design and optimize robust, secure data environments for large-scale enterprises. The ideal candidate will have over 8 years of experience in building scalable data architectures, focusing on cost-effective Snowflake implementations, advanced data sharing mechanisms, and governance models.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the design and implementation of multi-cluster, highly secure enterprise data platforms utilizing Snowflake. Optimize Snowflake resources and costs, configure advanced data sharing setups, and develop scalable data meshes tailored for complex organizational requirements.

Technical Expertise

• Expertise in Snowflake internals, including Virtual Warehouses with emphasis on scaling and performance tuning.
• Experience with Snowpipe for continuous data ingestion and Dynamic Tables for evolving data environments.
• Proficiency in programmability using Snowpark with Python and Java, as well as Streamlit for building data-driven applications.
• Advanced SQL skills, including analytic functions.
• Implementation of secure data sharing solutions such as Private Data Exchange and governance frameworks like Snowflake Horizon.
• Managing security policies encompassing network restrictions, SCIM provisioning for user access, and granular data protection through Row-Level Security and Column-Level Masking.

Certifications

Possession of the SnowPro Advanced: Architect certification is mandatory.
