  • Create contracts, run-of-show documents, timelines, and coordinate communication with venues and vendors to fully produce corporate events.
  • Oversee event day operations, either onsite or remotely, from setup through teardown.
  • Conduct extensive venue research to select ideal locations based on client needs.
  • Develop brochures to support venue presentations and event enhancements.
  • Assist the Regional Manager of Events in sales activities, including cold calling, digital outreach, client recruitment, and closing bookings.
  • Negotiate favorable rates with venues and vendors to optimize event budgets.

Qualifications and Experience

  • 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in event management or hospitality preferred.
  • Familiarity with software tools such as CVENT, Zoho CRM, Zoom, G-Suite, and Canva is advantageous.

Collaboration and Work Environment

Regular communication occurs via Zoom with the Regional Manager, headquarters, and other regional markets, emphasizing a collaborative team culture.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Competitive salary plus bonus targeting total compensation between $65,000 and $75,000 annually ($50,000 to $60,000 base salary).
  • Bonus linked to sales performance and event excellence.
  • Additional perks include a cell phone allowance, mileage reimbursement for in-person events, wellness and health benefits, and 401(k) options.

Additional Information
