Senior Executive/Manager - Sourcing and Product Development

Job Role and Responsibilities

• Oversee sourcing and development of vendors as well as negotiate pricing for various materials and trims.
• Manage purchase orders, monitor shipment tracking, maintain inventory levels, handle sample coordination, and contribute to cost reduction efforts.
• Support initiatives related to product development and e-commerce sourcing activities.

Candidate Profile and Requirements

• Possess between 5 to 10 years of experience in procurement or sourcing within related domains such as bags, luggage, apparel, or textiles.
• Have a graduate or postgraduate degree in a relevant discipline.
• Demonstrate proficiency with Microsoft Excel, strong documentation skills, multitasking capabilities, and adeptness in managing vendor relations and cost negotiations.
