Role Overview

We are looking for a seasoned Java Full Stack Engineer with more than 8 years of experience to design, develop, and maintain enterprise-level applications. The position demands proficiency in backend technologies such as Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, Hibernate, and frontend frameworks including React.js or Angular.js. The role requires strong problem-solving abilities and experience functioning within Agile teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect and implement scalable, efficient web applications using Java and modern frontend libraries.
• Develop robust backend services leveraging Spring Boot and Microservices architecture.
• Create and integrate RESTful APIs and connect with external systems.
• Design and maintain persistent data layers using Hibernate or JPA.
• Build responsive user interfaces using React.js or Angular.js.
• Collaborate closely with architects, product owners, business analysts, and cross-disciplinary teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.
• Engage in design discussions, code reviews, performance tuning, and debugging.
• Ensure applications meet standards for security, scalability, reliability, and maintainability.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code adhering to best practices.
• Participate actively in Agile Scrum teams and support continuous process improvements.

Required Skills and Experience

• Extensive hands-on experience with Java versions 8, 11, 17 or newer.
• Proficiency with Spring Boot, Spring MVC, and Spring Security frameworks.
• Solid understanding of Microservices architecture and REST API development.
• Expertise in Hibernate/JPA for database interaction.
• At least 3 years' practical experience using React.js or Angular.js frontend technologies.
• Experienced in working with relational databases like Oracle, PostgreSQL, MySQL, and SQL Server.
• Comprehensive knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming concepts and software design patterns.
• Strong background in Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or an allied discipline.
• Minimum of 8 years of professional software development experience.

Additional Details

This position is on-site, based in Pune, with possible locations in Mumbai or Bengaluru. Immediate joining candidates are preferred. The role demands full-time commitment as part of the company’s development teams.
