Job description

About the Company

Visa is a global payments technology company that helps people, businesses, banks, and public-sector organizations move money across more than 200 countries and territories. Its purpose is to make payment and receipt experiences better for everyone, everywhere.

The organization offers the chance to drive work with broad impact, solve important problems, build new capabilities, and see results that matter to communities worldwide.

Role Overview

This position sits within the KBO and EKQ Product CVP team and contributes to strengthening Visa’s consumer value proposition in the market.

The selected candidate will partner closely with regional leaders and CEMEA product teams, along with functions such as Country Management, Marketing, Finance, and others. A major part of the role is to build and sustain a competitive product CVP by combining internal capabilities with external partnerships, ultimately supporting market share growth and stronger top-of-wallet positioning.

The role will also help the CVP team manage existing benefit partners, introduce new products into additional markets, create market-specific variants, and identify ways to improve the overall value proposition, customer experience, and benefits portfolio.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a dependable advisor and problem-solver to the Head of CVP for KBO and EKQ.
  • Spot opportunity areas and shape practical solutions by working with digital partners to design new capabilities, use cases, product features, and rollout approaches.
  • Support market acceleration plans and digital roadmaps while coordinating with cross-functional groups such as Risk, Cybersecurity, Client Services, Legal, Privacy, and Government Engagement.
  • Work with global and regional product owners to help shape product development so it matches market needs.
  • Own and manage multiple CVP workstreams, including launches, enhancements, and optimization efforts covering business cases, system configuration, pricing, communications, and related tasks.
  • Help define product strategy for KBO and EKQ using consumer research, Visa data insights, and benefit-usage tracking.
  • Assist with budget management by monitoring program performance and sharing forecasts with Finance in line with budget cycles.
  • Create CVP approaches that respond to emerging consumer expectations and new segments.
  • Collaborate with internal teams such as the CEMEA CVP Hub, Interchange, Pricing, Marketing, Research, Data Science, Merchant teams, and Country teams.
  • Coordinate with external benefit providers and continually assess additional partnership options.
  • Support initiatives such as benefit resale and help clients differentiate their offerings in the market.

Requirements

  • 8–10 years of experience in the financial services or fintech sectors, with product development or product management experience considered an advantage.
  • Strong understanding of client businesses and how those businesses connect with Visa’s broader strategy.
  • Ability to convert client needs into product requirements and adapt existing offerings for different market demands.
  • Solid project management and execution skills, with the ability to deliver under tight timelines.
  • Strategic mindset, strong analytical ability, and good financial judgment.
  • Self-driven, motivated, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment that changes frequently.
  • Interest in digital trends and the ability to use that awareness to improve products, customer experience, and digital offerings.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and functions.

Work Arrangement

This is a hybrid role. The expected number of office days will be confirmed by the hiring manager.

Equal Opportunity

Visa is an equal opportunity employer. Candidates will be considered without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, sexual orientation, gender identity, disability, or veteran status. The company also considers qualified applicants with criminal histories in line with applicable guidelines and local law.
