Role Overview
The Strategy Analyst will join Visa’s Corporate Strategy team for the CEMEA region. The group is responsible for defining Visa’s long-term direction and addressing company-wide strategic challenges by working closely with executives and business leaders across the organization.
The team’s recent work has included go-to-market planning, product strategy, and evaluating partnership and acquisition opportunities, often with an international scope. It also produces competitive intelligence and forward-looking insight on major developments in payments and technology.
The role is based at Visa’s headquarters for the CEMEA region in Dubai. This is a hybrid role, and the expected in-office schedule will be confirmed by the hiring manager.
Responsibilities
- Independently shape and lead a portion of a strategy aimed at building durable competitive advantage and improving business performance.
- Break down complex business challenges into clear workstreams, create a structured problem-solving approach, form hypotheses, and support execution across project areas.
- Develop strong analytical insights using both quantitative and qualitative methods, and bring a differentiated point of view to recommendations.
- Create practical, innovative, and highly usable ideas that help business leaders address strategic challenges.
- Make sure strategies and execution plans produce measurable business impact, gain stakeholder support, and translate into clear actions.
- Build decision frameworks to prioritize strategic initiatives and assess investment opportunities from both strategic and financial angles.
- Prepare concise, persuasive, executive-ready communications that influence senior leaders effectively.
- Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills by collaborating well with colleagues and helping attract strong future talent to the team.
Qualifications
Applicants should hold a bachelor’s degree and bring at least 2 years of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, investment banking, or a similar field.
