Role Overview
We are seeking a Senior Manager to lead strategic planning and execution of key projects at Mandai Wildlife Group. This full-time position based in Singapore requires onsite presence. The Senior Manager will oversee cross-functional teams, guide projects from inception through completion, and collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders. Responsibilities include performance monitoring, budget and resource management, risk and opportunity assessment, and spearheading continuous enhancements in processes and initiatives. The role also involves preparing leadership reports, fostering stakeholder relations, and building partnerships that advance the Group's mission.
Required Qualifications
- Proven leadership with strong capabilities in team mentoring, development, and motivation.
- Extensive strategic planning and project oversight experience, particularly managing complex projects involving multiple stakeholders.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills facilitating collaboration with partners, communities, and senior executives.
- Competence in data analysis, performance evaluation, and effective problem-solving to support informed decisions and improvements.
- Background advantageous in sustainability, conservation, tourism, hospitality, or related fields.
- Possession of a bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Environmental Studies, or similar; postgraduate qualifications preferred.
- Experience in large-scale or multi-location operations, ideally involving international and culturally diverse settings.
- Willingness and ability to work onsite with adaptability to handle changing priorities in a dynamic environment.
