Role Overview

This role is pivotal for driving new business development across the APAC region, focusing on prospecting, qualifying, consulting, and closing deals. The Senior Manager will be instrumental in shaping the company's long-term sales strategy, forecasting sales volumes, cultivating strong customer and partner relationships, and executing effective territory planning and segmentation. Success will be measured by achieving annual revenue quotas, demonstrating significant year-over-year growth, and fostering deep customer loyalty through exceptional delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Spearhead new business development initiatives by identifying and qualifying potential clients, providing expert consultation, and guiding opportunities to successful closure.
  • Formulate and execute the company's long-range sales strategy, including accurate sales volume forecasting for the entire organization.
  • Cultivate and maintain robust relationships with customers and strategic partners.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive territory plans, including market segmentation and opportunity analysis.
  • Identify and assess sales opportunities, conducting feasibility studies to maximize conversion rates and achieve revenue targets aligned with the sales strategy.
  • Develop strategies to initiate contact with new and existing potential clients, understanding their pain points to propose tailored solutions, products, and services.
  • Conduct negotiations with customers regarding pricing and technical solutions, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Manage strategic relationships at all organizational levels to expand customer reach and engagement.
  • Play a significant role in managing complex deals and influencing key decision-making processes.
  • Collaborate effectively across various internal organizations to drive successful outcomes.
  • Research, monitor, and analyze market and competitive trends to develop strategic plans that yield desired business results.
  • Potentially lead or manage small teams for specific projects, demonstrating the ability to identify critical issues and priorities to deliver results with minimal supervision.
  • Exhibit flexibility in problem-solving, applying in-depth knowledge of relevant techniques, processes, tools, and standards within the specialization.
  • Identify challenges and implement significant improvements or adaptations to existing methods and techniques.
