The incumbent will oversee the entire transformation lifecycle—from initial concept through execution and adoption—while also developing organizational frameworks, processes, governance structures, and performance metrics to ensure lasting change.
Primary Responsibilities
- Oversee daily transformation activities, including request intake, prioritization, delivery management, and ensuring lasting implementation.
- Evaluate new transformation proposals by clarifying business challenges and assessing potential impacts before advancing projects.
- Partner with senior leadership to translate strategic priorities into concrete, actionable work plans.
- Develop practical solutions spanning organizational design, processes, governance, working methods, and key performance indicators.
- Identify critical dependencies, potential risks, obstacles, and decisions required to maintain project momentum.
- Facilitate project mobilization by defining milestones, timelines, responsibilities, and delivery rhythms.
- Monitor progress of multiple transformation streams and regularly report updates to leadership.
- Create clear analyses, presentations, decision documents, and progress reports for senior leadership discussions.
- Promptly escalate stalled or high-risk projects with informed recommendations for resolution.
- Document successful practices and develop standardized playbooks to foster continuous regional improvement.
Qualifications and Experience
- 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in strategy, business transformation, process improvement, or operating model development, including at least 2 years in management consulting.
- A bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Engineering, or a related discipline is required; an MBA or master’s degree is advantageous.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities capable of deconstructing complex challenges into feasible solutions.
- Adaptability to fast-paced, ambiguous environments with rapidly changing priorities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage, challenge, and influence senior stakeholders confidently.
- Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel, including experience creating business cases, leadership presentations, reports, and strategic plans.
