- Collaborate directly with enterprise customers to comprehend their business challenges and translate these into scalable product features.
- Partner with Sales, Solutions, Customer Success, and Delivery teams to aid customer engagement and enhance product adoption.
- Communicate product goals, priorities, and compromises effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Build trust with customers, balancing their requests against wider platform priorities.
- Lead product discovery processes, including customer interviews, workflow analyses, usability feedback, and data evaluation.
- Convert customer issues into clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Validate solutions through experimentation and customer feedback before development investment.
- Use qualitative and quantitative data to guide product decisions.
- Manage end-to-end execution of the roadmap initiatives for your product segment.
- Work closely with Engineering and Design across planning, development, testing, and release stages.
- Prioritize initiatives based on customer impact, business value, and technical feasibility.
- Monitor progress, manage dependencies, mitigate risks, and ensure successful product releases.
- Define and track product KPIs measuring customer satisfaction and business results.
- Collaborate across multiple functions including Engineering, Design, Data, AI/ML, Operations, and Customer Success for high-quality delivery.
- Support release planning, product documentation, and customer training activities.
- Encourage strong inter-team collaboration ensuring alignment on goals and execution.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum of five years experience in Product Management, preferably within B2B SaaS, enterprise software, or platform products.
- Proven track record owning significant product areas throughout discovery to delivery phases.
- Experience collaborating directly with enterprise clients and internal teams.
- Ability to translate complex customer needs into scalable and effective product solutions.
- Solid understanding of software development lifecycles, APIs, and cloud-based application platforms.
- Substantial history working alongside engineering teams during product development.
- Strong analytical problem-solving capabilities and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder relationship management skills.
- Preferred experience includes enterprise or platform product development, involvement with AI/ML, data platforms, or human-in-the-loop workflows.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
- Experience partnering with Sales and Customer Success teams for client engagements.
- Capability to thrive in rapidly growing, fast-paced settings.
Desired Attributes
- A customer-focused mindset enthusiastic about addressing real business problems.
- Balance between strategic insight and effective execution.
- Collaborative disposition that fosters trust among customers, engineering, and business units.
