About The Opportunity

Join a leading enterprise banking client spearheading complex, multi-team change initiatives. In this role, you will assist Project Managers by managing end-to-end project coordination and ensuring smooth delivery rhythms. You will be responsible for driving governance, generating reports, handling RAID (risks, assumptions, issues, dependencies) management, and conducting quality assurance across various workstreams. Maintaining meticulous financial tracking, forecasting, and analysis discipline will also be a key focus. This contract role is based in Auckland CBD or Wellington.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with coordinating multiple projects and stakeholders to facilitate smooth project delivery.
  • Ensure adherence to governance frameworks, comprehensive reporting, and RAID management processes.
  • Oversee financial monitoring, including tracking expenses, variance analysis, forecasting, and preparing financial packs.
  • Support quality assurance measures across all project workstreams.

Candidate Profile

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in project coordination involving multiple projects and diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of project delivery frameworks, governance, and reporting best practices.
  • Proven expertise in managing risks and issues within programmes or projects, including RAID management.
  • Advanced skills in financial analysis related to project tracking and forecasting.
  • Practical experience working with Jira and Confluence; familiarity with Copilot is advantageous.
  • Exposure to Agile methodologies is beneficial.
