As a Senior QA Engineer, you will be instrumental in ensuring the quality of our native iOS and Android mobile applications, which are used by millions. Your responsibilities will include performing various types of testing such as smoke, regression, feature, and exploratory testing. You will actively participate in release planning, serving as the QA representative for the product. A key part of your role will involve capturing and analyzing network traces and device logs to identify the root causes of defects. You will also be responsible for developing and maintaining UI test automation for End-to-End mobile application testing, evaluating test outcomes, and providing actionable recommendations. Furthermore, you will collaborate with stakeholders to grasp requirements, ask pertinent questions, and refine test scenarios to enhance the overall testing process. Staying abreast of emerging technologies, standards, protocols, and tools in the dynamic digital landscape will be crucial. You will tackle complex business challenges while ensuring the product remains highly scalable, secure, and performant, requiring a solid understanding of the underlying architecture and call flows of mobile applications.

We are seeking a candidate with over 4 years of experience in the full software development or testing lifecycle. A minimum of one year of experience using tools like POSTMAN for backend testing is required. You should have practical experience testing mobile applications on both Android and iOS wireless devices. Experience in creating and maintaining testability tools, such as virtual services and test data services, is also expected. A results-oriented approach, a strong commitment to quality, and excellent communication skills are essential. An empathetic understanding of users and the human impact of our work across diverse cultures is highly desirable.

Additional experience in testing and debugging mobile applications, along with prior exposure to automated testing tools, would be advantageous. Experience in developing GUI test automation using frameworks like Selenium or Appium, and functional testing with unit test frameworks such as xUnit and Jest, will set you apart.
