Role Overview

The Senior Strategy and Performance Analyst plays a crucial role in driving the company’s strategic initiatives by aiding in the formulation and execution of corporate strategies. This role involves continuous tracking and evaluation of the organization's performance metrics to ensure the fulfillment of set strategic goals. The analyst collaborates extensively across departments to gather and scrutinize data, offering well-informed insights and recommendations to bolster decision-making processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Contribute to the creation and ongoing refinement of the corporate strategic plan, ensuring consistency with the company’s overarching vision and mission.
• Establish, track, and assess both corporate and departmental KPIs to verify alignment with strategic objectives.
• Gather, analyze, and interpret performance-related information to recognize trends, detect shortfalls, and pinpoint potential enhancements.
• Generate regular reports and executive-level dashboards for senior leadership, providing clear, actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
• Perform root cause analyses for any performance deviations and propose improvement projects aimed at increasing organizational efficiency and effectiveness.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to clarify performance goals, offer guidance, and facilitate the successful adoption of performance management systems.

Qualifications and Experience

• University degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or a closely related discipline.
• Between five and seven years of hands-on experience in areas such as data analysis, strategic planning, or managing corporate performance.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and advanced BI solutions, particularly Power BI.
• Solid understanding of performance management tools and frameworks, including Balanced Scorecard methodologies.
• Strong analytical aptitude with the capacity to manage extensive datasets.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, with emphasis on Excel and PowerPoint.
