Job Summary

The role is intended for experienced Telecallers with a demonstrated history in Personal Loan and Salaried Overdraft sales. The position involves managing customer interactions, meeting sales objectives, and nurturing long-term client relationships.

Key Duties

• Reach out to potential customers using leads supplied by the company.
• Provide detailed explanations of Personal Loan and Salaried Overdraft products.
• Assess customer needs and eligibility for financial products.
• Prepare and submit complete loan applications with proper documentation.
• Perform consistent follow-ups to enhance conversion rates.
• Collaborate with Operations and Credit teams to ensure smooth loan procedures.
• Maintain precise CRM records and update customer engagement details.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales objectives.
• Ensure a high-quality customer experience through effective communication.

Candidate Requirements

• 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in Personal Loan sales, Salaried Overdraft sales, Banking or NBFC telecalling, or DSA loan sales.
• Graduation degree preferred; however, candidates with substantial pertinent experience will be considered.
• Proficiency in English and Hindi communication skills.
• Strong persuasion and negotiation capabilities.
• Customer-centric mindset with the ability to operate under sales targets.
• Effective follow-up techniques and adeptness in handling objections.
• Basic competency with MS Office and Customer Relationship Management software.
• Positive attitude coupled with eagerness to learn and grow.
