Job description

Role overview

The Senior Tender Executive will be responsible for leading the complete tender lifecycle for adventure construction, hospitality, and destination development assignments. This is a full-time, on-site position in Dubai, where the role focuses on finding suitable bid opportunities, reviewing tender requirements, handling clarification queries, and compiling strong technical and commercial proposals.

Core duties

The role requires close coordination with engineering, design, finance, legal, procurement, and operations teams to collect reliable information, costing details, and project timelines. The selected candidate will manage tender documentation, monitor submission milestones, and make sure all bid materials align with client expectations as well as internal standards.

Additional responsibilities include contributing to negotiation support, assisting with the transition of awarded work to project teams, helping shape bid strategy, maintaining tender databases and records, and improving the tools, templates, and workflows used in the tendering process.

Qualifications

Applicants should bring prior exposure to tendering, bid coordination, or proposal preparation in construction, infrastructure, hospitality, or destination development settings. Strong numerical and analytical ability is needed to review technical drawings, specifications, commercial terms, and related documentation.

The position also calls for excellent written and verbal communication skills to produce clear, persuasive tender submissions and presentations. Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, is required, while familiarity with tendering platforms or ERP systems will be an added advantage.

Success in this role depends on the ability to work across departments, handle several deadlines at once, and stay organized in a fast-moving environment. A careful eye for detail, disciplined record-keeping, and a structured approach to documentation are essential.

Knowledge of contracting structures, procurement methods, and the commercial and legal basics involved in tendering is expected. A bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, or a related discipline is required, and professional certifications are considered a plus.

Experience on projects in the Middle East or comparable markets, along with familiarity with local regulations and client procedures, will be beneficial. The company also values ethical conduct, collaborative working, and a strong focus on safety and quality.
