About the Role

This opportunity is with a respected barbershop brand in Denmark that places strong emphasis on team culture, fitness, shared activities, and a close-knit working atmosphere. The business is hiring barbers for multiple locations in Denmark, with a start date as soon as possible.

What You’ll Do

You will deliver high-quality grooming services in a professional yet relaxed shop environment, using both scissors and clippers. The role is not just about cutting hair; it also involves being part of a team that values connection and a lifestyle-oriented workplace.

Experience and Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate has 3 to 5 years of hands-on barbering experience, is comfortable working with both scissors and machine clippers, communicates well in English, and holds a European passport.

Pay and Earnings

Compensation is influenced by your background, base pay, and the products you sell. Earnings can increase as you contribute more, and salary reviews take place every 6 months.

Relocation Support

The employer will pay for your flight to Denmark and offers housing options near the workplace at affordable rates.

Career Growth and Training

A defined progression path is available, beginning with barber and potentially advancing to store manager or even part-owner of a store. Training and in-house education are provided from the first day.
