Role Details

As a ServiceNow Administrator at Thales, you will play a key role in managing and advancing our ServiceNow environments. This position supports automation growth internally and for clients, allowing you full ownership to expand and demonstrate your expertise with the ServiceNow platform.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customizing the ServiceNow platform in line with best practice and corporate policies.
  • Developing and maintaining new Service Catalog items, reports, integration points, and workflows.
  • Collecting and documenting detailed technical requirements from both clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Collaborating with clients to execute API integrations effectively.
  • Producing and sustaining clean code alongside comprehensive technical documentation.
  • Promoting platform adoption throughout various business units.
  • Conducting routine platform maintenance and managing planned system upgrades.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Preferably a minimum of three years’ experience working with the ServiceNow platform in an administrative or development capacity; CSA/CAD certification is favorable but not mandatory.
  • Thorough knowledge of ITIL frameworks and practical experience with ITSM/CSM modules.
  • Proficiency in REST and SOAP web services development.
  • Strong prioritization skills and effective time management in a hybrid working environment.
  • Ability to independently solve complex problems creatively and deliver solutions promptly.
  • A proactive, hands-on approach with enthusiasm for continuous learning in IT.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Professional and confident interaction with both internal teams and external clients.
