Job description
Role Overview
This role focuses on the architecture and solution design, implementation, and delivery of ServiceNow ITOM / TSOM modules. The position involves leading efforts in AIOps and observability to enhance governance and optimization. The candidate will actively engage with stakeholders and clients to ensure successful project execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement ServiceNow ITOM solutions including Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and Operational Intelligence.
- Maintain and optimize Configuration Management Database (CMDB) integrity and performance.
- Leverage JavaScript and Glide API to customize and extend platform capabilities.
- Drive governance and continuous improvement processes.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and clients to align solution delivery with business objectives.
Qualification and Skills
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist for ITOM.
- Certified Technical Architect (CTA) credential.
- ITIL v3 or ITIL 4 certifications.
- Cloud certifications such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
