About the Role
Our client, a dynamic healthcare solutions company based in Havant, England, is seeking a Servicing Administrator to enhance their operations. This role involves delivering exceptional customer service and managing after-sales servicing tasks to support a rapidly growing organization dedicated to improving quality of life through specialist healthcare products.
Key Responsibilities
- Organize and coordinate servicing, repairs, and maintenance requests from start to finish.
- Arrange engineer appointments, workshop repairs, and customer call-outs effectively.
- Maintain detailed records of servicing activities, customer communication, and preventative maintenance timetables.
- Communicate professionally with clients via phone and email to address after-sales inquiries.
- Manage customer expectations by providing timely and clear updates.
- Oversee the management of demo, trial, and hire equipment including stock monitoring, returns, and redeployment.
- Handle hire documentation and invoicing ensuring data accuracy.
- Collaborate closely with engineers, warehouse, operations, and sales teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Track pending actions and ensure timely completion of follow-ups.
Candidate Requirements
- Strong skills in administration and organization with a detail-oriented mindset.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.
- Proven excellence in customer service through phone and email communication.
- Confidence in using business systems, spreadsheets, and internal databases.
- Self-motivated with ownership mentality to see tasks through to completion.
- Collaborative team player with a positive and proactive attitude.
- Background in customer service, servicing administration, operations support, logistics, after-sales, or coordination is an advantage.
