Primary Duties

  • Coordinate all incoming and outgoing shipment requirements in collaboration with the Tooling department.
  • Obtain quotations for outgoing shipments and prepare purchase requisitions for approval.
  • Create precise delivery notes and commercial invoices; liaise with designated carriers to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
  • Expedite shipments and keep internal departments updated on delivery statuses.
  • Verify incoming materials carefully and log all received goods accurately into CMS.
  • Manage consumable inventory by setting appropriate minimum and maximum stock levels and reorder supplies through purchase requisitions as necessary.
  • Supervise loading and unloading activities, ensuring compliance with all health and safety standards.
  • Handle the transfer of deliveries from storage areas to points of use as required.

Health, Safety, and Environmental Responsibilities

  • Follow Autolaunch's health, safety, and environmental policies strictly.
  • Observe and promote all plant safety and non-safety rules and regulations.
  • Report defects, hazards, or non-compliance issues promptly to supervisors or management.
  • Notify appropriate personnel of any incidents or accidents.
  • Adhere to equipment and machinery operating procedures, maintenance protocols, and safety instructions.
  • Wear provided personal protective equipment at all times.
  • Conduct pre-operation inspections for equipment, machinery, and vehicles to ensure safe function.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the workspace according to 5S standards.
  • Participate in investigations as necessary.

Required Qualifications and Skills

  • Valid forklift license.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Previous experience in a similar role is beneficial.
  • Organizational competence and meticulous record-keeping skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel; familiarity with CMS is advantageous.
