About the Role
Ganaji Contracting is looking for a Perth-based Site Administrator to help run the daily administrative needs of FIFO projects across Western Australia. This position blends site administration, project coordination, and data support, making it well suited to someone who enjoys a varied workload, works well in a busy setting, and takes pride in keeping operations organised and on track.
Site Administration
- Coordinate employee rosters for project teams.
- Handle weekly timesheet administration from start to finish.
- Manage the site administration portal.
- Check and reconcile daily attendance hours.
- Support employee onboarding and maintain personnel files.
- Assist project teams with general site administration duties.
- Keep project records and documentation accurate and up to date.
Office Support
- Manage front desk and reception duties.
- Enter data to assist the accounts function.
- Maintain training records.
- Arrange PPE orders.
- Set up new employees in internal systems.
- Organise vehicle servicing and maintenance bookings.
- Order stationery and office supplies.
- Act as the main contact for day-to-day office administration tasks.
About You
The ideal candidate will bring previous site administration experience, along with a strong sense of initiative, accuracy, and organisation. You should be comfortable working independently, able to manage competing priorities, and bring a positive, helpful attitude to supporting the broader team. Experience with Xero, Time Target, Humanforce, and Access Micropay is preferred but not essential.
