Required Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a closely related field.
• At least two years of hands-on experience delivering major infrastructure projects with a Tier 1 contractor.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills to establish and maintain effective working relationships.
• Confidence and adaptability to effectively manage responsibilities and contribute from the start.
