About the Role
We are partnering with a leading FinTech company to recruit a Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) specializing in Linux platform engineering. This position is based in Singapore and involves a hybrid work model. The role blends Linux systems engineering with site reliability engineering practices, focusing on managing a low latency Linux environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, design, and maintain automated solutions to support scalable deployments across private and public cloud infrastructures.
- Engage in both project-based initiatives and ongoing operations, emphasizing automation to optimize processes.
Required Skills
- Experience managing Linux systems.
- Proficiency with configuration management tools such as Chef, Puppet, or Ansible.
- Familiarity with container orchestration technologies like Kubernetes, Docker, or Podman.
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and methodologies.
- Programming ability in Python.
Preferred Additional Skills
- Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools including Terraform, Helm, Pulumi, Ansible, or Bicep.
- Disaster recovery strategies and implementations.
- Experience with block and blob storage solutions.
- High-performance computing (HPC) environments.
