Role Overview
This role involves developing internal applications and dashboards to support functions such as attendance tracking, ERP, order management, returns, and production monitoring. The developer will automate workflows by leveraging AI tools and APIs, including Amazon SP-API, marketplace data, and Shopify integrations. Daily work will heavily incorporate AI-assisted coding using tools like Claude Code and Codex. The candidate will collaborate closely with operational teams at the office and factory to convert real-world processes into software solutions. Additionally, the role includes mentoring a junior engineer.
Candidate Profile
- Possesses 2 to 5 years of practical software development experience with demonstrable projects.
- Proficient in Python and/or JavaScript with familiarity in working with APIs and databases.
- Capable of independently identifying problems, planning solutions, building, debugging, and delivering completed software.
- Good command of written English communication.
Additional Information
This is a hands-on building role focused on new software development over at least 12 months. The position is based onsite in Tiruppur, with candidates commuting from Coimbatore or Avinashi areas encouraged to apply. Shortlisted applicants will be asked to complete a brief trial build prior to the final interview.
Compensation ranges from ₹20,000 to ₹30,000 monthly, along with performance bonuses and periodic salary increases.
