Compensation & Benefits

Job Responsibilities

  • Serve as the initial point of contact by scheduling qualified appointments for Solar and Roofing Sales Consultants

  • Uphold the company's reputation by representing the WindMar brand with honesty and professionalism
  • Maintain precise records of appointments and comply with company operational procedures

Candidate Profile

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal capabilities
  • Positive attitude, confidence, and openness to coaching
  • Strong motivation and dedication toward achieving goals
  • Comfortable engaging homeowners in conversations
  • Prior experience in sales, retail, canvassing, or customer service is advantageous but not mandatory
