Role Overview

The Sonder Responder role forms a vital part of our on-the-ground support system. Working in close alignment with our Support Centre, you will provide real-time, face-to-face assistance for our members during safety, health, or critical incidents. This flexible, casual position operates on a 24-hour on-call roster—ideal for professionals seeking autonomy in their schedule. You can nominate your preferred hours and will receive remuneration for availability as well as incident response.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver swift in-person assistance during emergencies and non-emergencies, collaborating with central support operations.
  • Participate in relationship-building and engagement with stakeholders to further Sonder’s objectives.
  • Contribute feedback and input for refining operations and network management protocols.
  • Support local responder network growth and operational readiness.
  • Provide community engagement, training, and stakeholder management to strengthen partner relations.
