About the Role
Grand Hyatt The Red Sea is hiring a Spa Guest Service Officer to help ensure the spa reception operates smoothly and efficiently. In this position, you will be expected to deliver a consistently high standard of service to guests while supporting the front desk functions within the spa area of the Rooms Division.
Key Responsibilities
You will manage guest service interactions at the spa reception and help maintain an organized, seamless operation. The role focuses on providing attentive support to visitors and contributing to a positive guest experience from arrival to departure.
Qualifications
Candidates are preferably educated in Hospitality or Tourism management with a relevant degree or diploma. A minimum of 2 years of experience in hotel operations is required. Strong customer service ability, along with effective communication and interpersonal skills, is essential.
