Role summary
Grand Hyatt The Red Sea is seeking a Steward to support kitchen and stewarding operations by maintaining high service standards and ensuring the back-of-house areas remain clean, hygienic, and well supplied.
Key duties
In this role, you will help keep kitchen and stewarding spaces sanitary and orderly. The position includes washing, cleaning, and stocking cooking and serving equipment, along with kitchen utensils, so that daily operations can run smoothly.
Qualifications
Applicants should have a basic understanding of kitchen hygiene. Prior experience of 1 to 2 years working as a Steward in a hotel or restaurant with strong standards is preferred.
