Key Responsibilities

• Provide superior facial and body treatments adhering to Nadur Spa's standards, employing organic and result-driven products.
• Assist and advise guests in choosing suitable treatments and products to enrich their spa visit.
• Offer outstanding customer service, leaving clients with lasting positive impressions.
• Promote and encourage the purchase of treatments and retail items to enhance guest satisfaction and revenue.
• Maintain strict cleanliness and hygiene standards throughout the spa facilities.
• Participate in continuous training focused on exclusive body and skincare ranges such as VOYA, GROUND, and SKIN FORMULAS.

Required Qualifications

• Certification at QQI Level 5 or 6, ITEC, CIBTAC, CIDESCO, or an equivalent qualification.
• Prior experience in spa therapy or a recent graduate aiming to gain hands-on experience.
• Strong communication abilities and interpersonal skills.
• Capacity to work autonomously and collaboratively within a team.
