Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the management of all food and beverage items' storage and requisition, maintaining proper par stock levels.
• Receive all deliveries, inspect for any damage, and ensure compliance with HACCP standards.
• Properly store all received goods, especially perishable food items, utilizing a first-in, first-out system.
• Manage the storage and requisition of cleaning chemicals, stationery, and disposables, adhering to par stock requirements.
• Take complete charge of the purchasing cycle, from placing orders to verifying deliveries upon arrival.
• Identify, select, and negotiate the best purchasing packages considering quality, pricing, terms, delivery timelines, and supplier services.

Candidate Requirements

• Prior experience in purchasing roles is highly beneficial.
• Experience in the hotel industry is also a significant advantage.
