Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in supervising station store operations.
• Support hiring, training, and managing staff to achieve daily objectives.
• Contribute to bookkeeping and merchandising efforts.
• Maintain high operational standards and ensure fast, friendly customer service.
• Ensure regular and predictable onsite attendance.
• Execute the company's food program effectively.
• Set a positive example for the team, demonstrating urgency, patience, and leadership.

Qualifications

• Previous retail experience is advantageous.
• Prior supervisory or management experience is preferred.
• Demonstrated recruiting, hiring, and interviewing skills.
• Experience in food handling.
• High school diploma or college degree(s).

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand or walk for up to 8 hours per shift.
• Capability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead for up to 30 minutes.
• Occasional ability to lift and carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level.
• Ability to push/pull with arms up to a force of 20 pounds.
• Willingness to bend at the waist with some twisting for up to one hour per shift.
• Dexterity to grasp, reach, and manipulate objects with hands, which may include climbing a ladder.
