Job description
Role Overview
This position is for a restaurant team member at Store 2745211Q, located at 2307 Plant Ave, Waycross, Georgia 31501. The role is designed for candidates with flexible availability and involves supporting day-to-day quick service restaurant operations.
Key Duties
- Deliver prompt, courteous, and friendly guest service.
- Keep the restaurant tidy by handling cleaning tasks and routine housekeeping.
- Prepare and serve menu items while following brand standards, company policies, and health department requirements.
- Maintain food quality, food safety, and other operational benchmarks.
- Record cash, sales, and inventory information accurately.
- Observe applicable government regulations and safety procedures.
- Complete incident documentation in line with the 5-minute rule policy.
- Work in line with the company values of One Team, Do the Right Thing, Takes Ownership, and Play to Win.

Physical and Work Environment Requirements
- Frequent bending, twisting, kneeling, squatting, standing, and walking.
- Occasional climbing up and down ladders.
- Ability to work in very hot and very cold conditions.
- Comfort working around fryers, ovens, grills, coolers, freezers, sharp tools, and loud environments.
- Capability to reach overhead and use hands to grasp and manipulate items throughout the shift.
- Ability to push, pull, lift, and carry up to 10 lbs frequently and up to 50+ lbs occasionally, including lifting from the floor to overhead.
