Store Associate

As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in delivering excellent service, maintaining store standards, and ensuring smooth daily operations. This position offers part-time work with flexible scheduling options tailored to nights, weekends, and holidays.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly and timely customer service at checkout counters or self-service kiosks
• Make personalized product suggestions to customers to enhance their shopping experience
• Respond promptly to customer concerns and escalate to management when necessary
• Promote a respectful and collaborative team atmosphere
• Keep food and beverage products stocked, fresh, and up to quality standards
• Adhere to food safety and cleanliness protocols in preparation areas
• Restock shelves, coolers, and displays efficiently
• Maintain both interior and exterior store cleanliness to create an inviting environment
• Perform routine cleaning tasks and assist with inventory management and restocking

Candidate Requirements

• Possession of a High School Diploma or GED, or currently pursuing one
• Experience in a fast-paced, customer-service-oriented setting is a plus
• Proactive, team-oriented individual with strong interpersonal skills
• Physical capability to lift items up to 50 pounds and perform tasks involving bending and standing
• May need to obtain and maintain food handler or alcohol serving permits as required by local regulations
