Role Summary

The Store Manager plays a crucial role in guiding the store’s sales performance, ensuring customer satisfaction, and leading staff training and development initiatives. This role focuses on nurturing customer loyalty and widening the reach of our brands by fostering a customer-first mindset.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Management Team in reaching store sales and KPI goals aligned with the company’s objectives, driving profitability through targeted sales strategies.
• Recruit, train, and evaluate store staff productivity and performance to maintain high service standards.
• Ensure the store is well-organized and visually appealing to customers at all times.
• Manage inventory and oversee overall store operations effectively.
• Keep current with product designs, market trends, quality standards, and stock availability to deliver exceptional customer service.

Candidate Requirements

• Completed high school education or an equivalent background.
• At least two years of experience in store management.
• A customer-focused approach complemented by a positive and proactive attitude.
• Awareness of evolving fashion trends is essential.
