Job description
Role and Responsibilities
Lead individual and overall store sales performance to meet monthly, quarterly, and yearly business objectives. Engage actively with walk-in customers to transform their inquiries into confirmed sales. Demonstrate exemplary selling and closing techniques on the sales floor. Enhance revenue by implementing upselling, cross-selling, and personalized client engagement strategies.
Ensure smooth daily store operations while complying with company policies. Participate in inventory oversight, stock reconciliation, and upkeep of merchandise. Maintain high standards of store presentation and visual merchandising to uphold brand image.
Candidate Profile
Applicants should have experience working with premium jewellery, luxury retail, fashion, lifestyle, or high-end retail brands. Preference is given to candidates who can join immediately. The selection process includes two interview stages: a telephonic screening followed by a face-to-face interview.
