Role Overview

The Store & Purchase Manager will be responsible for controlling stock, coordinating procurement, and ensuring that material movement supports smooth production and delivery operations in Vasai.

Key Responsibilities

• Track and maintain optimal inventory levels across the store and procurement process.
• Identify, source, and arrange raw materials as well as packaging materials.
• Make sure supplies and materials are delivered on time to avoid operational delays.
• Look for ways to reduce waste and improve the effective use of materials.
• Manage and monitor purchase orders from creation through completion.
• Prepare MIS reports for operational and purchase tracking.
• Work on Tally ERP for store, purchase, and inventory-related records.
• Coordinate and follow up with vendors to ensure timely supply and resolution of issues.

This position is based in Vasai, India. The role involves store management, procurement coordination, inventory control, and vendor communication.
