About the Role
We are seeking energetic and friendly sales professionals to assist customers in exploring and purchasing premium wedding décor items at our showroom located on Kanke Ring Road, Ranchi, Jharkhand.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide support throughout their shopping experience
- Identify and understand the needs of clients
- Suggest appropriate wedding décor products based on customer preferences
- Generate quotations and manage order processing
- Ensure showroom displays are well-maintained and attractive
- Deliver outstanding customer service to enhance satisfaction
Candidate Requirements
- Effective communication abilities in both Hindi and English
- Friendly and approachable personality
- Strong inclination towards sales and customer engagement
- Basic proficiency with computer operations
- Open to freshers as well as those with prior experience
- Experience in retail sectors such as wedding décor, events, furniture, or lifestyle products is a plus
