About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Strategy Director to lead impactful strategy projects for global Life Sciences organizations. This senior leadership role, based in Dublin, requires a strategic mindset adept at managing project delivery and driving business development within the Life Sciences and Healthcare sectors.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead strategy projects from conceptualization to detailed quantitative analysis and final delivery, ensuring thorough problem-solving and insightful reporting.
- Maintain and develop senior stakeholder relationships, serving as a trusted advisor on corporate strategic matters.
- Drive business development efforts by identifying and securing new consulting and M&A advisory projects.
- Supervise research and analytical workstreams with a focus on accuracy and quality.
- Mentor and coach junior team members, fostering a culture of excellence and ongoing professional growth.
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Minimum 10 years of professional experience, including leadership roles within consulting or advisory services.
- Proven expertise in the Health & Life Sciences sector.
- Demonstrated track record in selling professional services and managing complex client relationships.
- Strong academic credentials with a university degree.
- Excellent presentation capabilities and effective upward management skills.
