The Role

As a Strategy & Operations Lead, you will collaborate closely with core teams on high-impact projects spanning engineering, product development, hiring, operations, and business growth. This dynamic role requires addressing emerging challenges, building new capabilities, and steering execution in crucial areas as the company scales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead critical initiatives across various business functions.
  • Partner with leadership to tackle business and product-related problems.
  • Establish new teams, processes, and operational capabilities supporting company growth.
  • Manage cross-functional projects from initial planning through to delivery.
  • Conduct research on emerging markets, products, and business opportunities.
  • Enhance operational efficiency by identifying key issues and implementing effective solutions.
  • Own projects end-to-end, ensuring significant business impact.
