• Support the visual merchandising team by helping develop attractive store displays that enhance the overall environment.
• Focus on meeting and surpassing sales goals through an active, result-driven approach.
• Spot further sales opportunities based on an understanding of client needs.
• Represent the brand by adhering to established dressing and behavioral standards conducive to a luxury atmosphere.
• Help maintain the boutique’s sophisticated environment and stay updated on current luxury and fashion trends.
• Collaborate closely with fellow staff members, including stock personnel, to ensure consistent service and presentation quality.

Candidate Profile

• 2 to 3 years’ prior experience in a similar role within luxury or fashion retail or a highly customer-focused setting.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication capabilities, with strong empathy towards customers.
• Proficiency in both the local language and English.
• A deep enthusiasm for fashion and a thorough understanding of Givenchy's brand ethos.
