What the role involves

• Create a personalized shopping experience by suggesting options that match each customer’s style and preferences.
• Help customers build complete looks across multiple product categories and contribute to higher basket size.
• Deliver strong fitting room support by recommending full outfits and showing the difference between simply wearing items and styling them well.
• Keep product knowledge current, including styling ideas, fit, fabric details, ways to wear items, and care instructions.
• Work toward both store and individual targets with energy, accountability, and a customer-first approach.
• Develop and maintain a personal client base by attracting new shoppers and strengthening loyalty among existing customers.
• Stay in contact with client lists by phone, email, and social media about store events, requested merchandise, and special promotions.
• Coordinate with management to resolve customer needs and ensure a smooth service experience.
• Support team efforts to keep the store clean, organized, and ready for customers.
• Assist the Store Operations team when needed based on business priorities.
• Represent the company’s mission, values, and overall brand direction in daily work.

Profile of the ideal candidate

• Strong sense of style and confidence in fashion trends and outfit creation.
• Ability to work a flexible full-time schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, depending on business needs.
• At least 2 years of experience as a stylist or retail sales associate.
• Experience in a target-driven sales environment is considered an advantage.
• Comfortable working in a fast-moving setting that requires multitasking while staying focused on the customer.
• High school diploma.
• Working knowledge of social media, mobile devices, and computers.
