Join our team as a Summer Live-In Residence Advisor, playing a pivotal role in delivering a safe, supportive, and high-quality residential experience for international students. Collaborate with the Residence team to ensure every student feels at home and has the necessary support throughout their study abroad journey in Saint Julian's, Malta.

Key Responsibilities

• Offer ongoing daily support and guidance to students residing in the accommodation.
• Maintain a secure, clean, and welcoming living environment.
• Manage student intake processes and arrival procedures efficiently.
• Promote student well-being and foster active engagement within the residence community.
• Serve as the primary contact for student inquiries, concerns, and emergency situations.
• Assist in planning and facilitating residence activities that build community spirit.
• Collaborate with staff to ensure exceptional student experiences.
• Ensure compliance with organizational standards and residence policies.

Candidate Requirements

• Prior experience as a Residence Advisor or a related position; experience with our organization is highly valued.
• Excellent interpersonal communication and problem-solving capabilities.
• Background in hospitality and customer service.
• Ability to take on responsibility and embody a positive role model.
• Flexible and adaptable attitude with availability to work evenings and weekends as necessary.
• Fluency in English; skills in additional languages are advantageous.
