About the Role

Kambar Industries seeks a committed and accountable Supervisor to lead our railway project activities at CRWS, Nishatpura Coach Factory, Bhopal. The role involves overseeing daily site operations to ensure efficient progress and quality compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily activities on site to maintain an uninterrupted workflow.
• Effectively manage and direct the workforce to meet project goals.
• Ensure timely completion of tasks without compromising standards.
• Collaborate closely with site engineers, officials, and management teams.
• Prepare and maintain daily reports and attendance records.
• Enforce safety regulations and workplace discipline consistently.

Qualifications and Experience

• At least one year of experience in site supervision or similar roles.
• Applicants with Diploma, ITI certification, or graduate degrees are eligible.
• Preference given to those with experience in railway, fabrication, manufacturing, or industrial projects.

Compensation

The offered salary package ranges from ₹180,000 to ₹216,000 per annum, with potential increases based on experience and performance.
