Job description
Position Overview
This role involves serving as an Interdisciplinary Engineer/Scientist within the Cost & Schedule Analysis Division at the Naval Air Warfare Center Training Systems Division (NAWCTSD) located in Orlando, FL.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and direct daily activities of Cost and Schedule Analysts, providing leadership and supervision.
- Ensure the Cost and Schedule Branch operates in compliance with the Business Unit's rules, policies, and regulations.
- Manage and coordinate Cost and Schedule data production, and develop division-wide processes, policies, toolkits, and standards.
- Drive improvements within the branch by supporting research and development of new tools, methods, processes, and training programs.
- Collaborate with other divisions and branches to support planning, management, and execution of Cost and Schedule functions.
- Facilitate coordination and reviews with department directors ahead of presentations or events involving analysis or deliverables.
Compensation
The position offers a salary range from $125,776 to $192,331 annually.
