About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Supply Chain Administrator to join a growing international company based in Kettering, Northamptonshire. This full-time office-based position offers a salary between £26,000 and £30,000 annually, depending on experience. The role involves supporting the entire supply chain, compliance, and regulatory functions, playing a key part in international shipments, purchase orders, product compliance, and new product launches.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate purchase orders, sales orders, and shipping paperwork.
- Arrange courier pickups and monitor global shipment progress.
- Prepare documentation required for product testing and certifications.
- Maintain accurate and updated records for products, compliance, and suppliers.
- Assist with new product launches by managing product information and internal system updates.
- Track customer complaints and ensure follow-up actions are completed.
- Collaborate closely with colleagues from different departments to maintain smooth operations.
Candidate Requirements
- Previous experience in supply chain, logistics, procurement, or shipping administration roles.
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
