Role Overview

We are seeking a Supply Chain Manager to join our team at either our Dunedin Head Office or Drury site in Auckland. Reporting to the Head of Operations & Supply Chain, you will ensure our supply chain operates efficiently from farm to depot, overseeing the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP), demand, supply and materials planning, and logistics management.

This role offers leadership of a team comprising three direct reports: a Logistics Manager, Demand Planner, and Supply and Materials Planner. You will foster cross-functional collaboration and engage with both internal and external stakeholders to optimize supply chain performance, support business growth, and ensure exemplary customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development, implementation, and championing of Sales & Operations Planning across the company.
• Supervise demand and supply/materials planning alongside two seasoned planners.
• Manage logistics functions, including oversight of third-party warehousing, transportation, and distribution.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance supply chain efficiency, reduce costs, and elevate service quality.
• Provide strong leadership and development opportunities to team members.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to build and maintain effective relationships.

Proven experience leading supply chain and S&OP functions in food production, FMCG, or agri-business industries is highly desirable.
