Supply Chain Manager

Overview

This is a contract supply chain role for a remote engagement focused on improving wholesale operations. The work involves reviewing real-world processes, checking the quality of AI-generated material, and contributing practical expertise to make supply chain outputs more accurate, scalable, and useful.

The assignment is offered at an hourly rate of $40 to $65, with a flexible weekly commitment of 10 to 40 hours.

Key Responsibilities

• Work with subject matter experts to model and evaluate wholesale supply chain processes, with attention to efficiency and the ability to scale.
• Assess freight movement plans and vendor service agreements, especially in international procurement settings.
• Share practical input on buying workflows, supplier evaluation, and contract discussions.
• Examine AI-produced documents and correct them to improve factual accuracy and industry alignment.
• Give structured feedback that helps strengthen the reasoning quality of AI systems in supply chain scenarios.
• Review logistics operations and suggest improvements that reflect wholesale supply chain standards.

Requirements

• Substantial hands-on background in end-to-end supply chain management, especially across wholesale, logistics, and global procurement.
• Ability to assess and improve vendor SLAs and freight distribution schedules.
• Demonstrated experience in purchasing, supplier negotiations, and contract administration.
• Strong written and spoken English communication skills are required for this project.
• Capability to produce well-organized feedback and clear documentation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving ability, with a practical, solution-focused mindset.
