- Coordinate with quality teams and suppliers to handle component and packaging quality issues and develop mitigation strategies.
- Support product launches, reformulations, and packaging transitions by managing BOM changes and vendor integrations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to set milestone dates and oversee risk communications related to product transitions.
- Participate actively in Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP), providing supply insights, scenario analysis, and communicating risks and opportunities.
- Optimize planning data and processes, support ERP transitions (such as D365), and ensure data integrity.
- Continuously improve planning processes, focusing on KPIs like service levels, inventory targets, obsolescence reduction, supplier performance, and supply adherence.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related disciplines (e.g., Engineering, Finance).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience directly in supply chain, logistics, or procurement within eCommerce, direct-to-consumer, or consumer packaged goods sectors.
- 1 to 3 years of leadership experience with responsibilities such as hiring, training, and coaching team members.
- Strong expertise in ERP systems like SAP SCM, Oracle SCM, Microsoft Dynamics, or NetSuite.
- Proficiency in data analytics and visualization using tools such as Tableau or Power BI for KPI tracking and demand forecasting.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including the use of pivot tables, complex formulas, and lookup functions for inventory modeling.
